Pearl was a 12+ year old yellow Labrador Retriever that my daughter and I pulled from the Harker Heights, TX shelter the day before she was to be euthanized. Pearl lived with us and loved to be in the shop until she passed away, 4 years after she was rescued.
Pearl’s Place was started so that Senior and other special needs dogs would have a place to recover or spend the rest of their lives.
Even though I do not consider myself a writer, I will be blogging about my rescue and dog experiences.
